ISTANBUL, TURKEY — The International Association of Operative Millers Eurasia Region has moved its first regional forum from September to March 10-13, 2021, in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Eurasia Region includes 32 countries with a total population exceeding 2 billion. The region includes some of the largest world grain producers and flour exporters.
The regional forum at the WOW Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center will examine a range of educational topics, including wheat intake, quality control, wheat cleaning, insect infestation, grain cleaning equipment and milling basics.
The forum will include the Mill Tec exhibition, organized by Pozitif Trade Fairs and DESMÜD. It will feature companies in the fields of packaging, machine and side industry, grain processing equipment, storage, laboratory and measurement devices.
