VILLARTA DE SAN JUAN, SPAIN — Symaga is supplying two major storage projects, including National Service Projects Organizations of Egypt (NSPO) and Enselco Agro.
The NSPO project is an addition to one of the largest storage projects in the world supplied by Symaga in 2015. The mill, located in El Sadat City near Cairo, has 14 silos with a diameter of 19.86 meters, 17 rings-high and 5,000 tonnes capacity per silo. Total storage capacity is 70,000 tonnes. The facility will play a key role in logistics and storage within the Egyptian food safety strategy, Symaga said.
The second project, currently under assembly, is located in Ukraine, the country where Symaga’s silos are most present, with more than 5 million cubic meters of storage built.
Enselco Agro, a Kernel Group company selected Symaga for the development of its new storage plant in Starokonstantinov. The plant has 12 Symaga silos model SBH3208/25, the largest capacity silo of the range, with a 32-meter diameter and a total height of 37.51 meters, and a total capacity of 306,000 cubic meters.
Enselco is a trader that belongs to a group of 42 companies, which constitute ENSELKO AGRO, TOV corporate family, with 1,478 employees and $115.1 million in sales.
This project is the second one that Symaga has supplied to Kernel group. In 2018, the company supplied six SBH3208 silos totaling of 134,564 cubic meters of storage for the Ukrainian terminal of Chornomorets.
