VIENNA, AUSTRIA – The International Association for Cereal Science and Technology has decided to postpone ICBC 2020 over concerns for public and attendee health.
Originally scheduled for April 15-17, the 16th ICBC conference will be held Jan. 6-8, 2021. The venue remains the same: Rydges Hotel, Christchurch, New Zealand. Already confirmed registrations and packages will be applicable to the new date.
The conference will feature plenary sessions, concurrent sessions embracing the challenges and opportunities facing the cereal science community, poster displays and competitions, a networking dinner for all contributors to develop lasting collaborations throughout the world, industry focused workshops, a trade display for equipment and food manufacturing; and the opportunity for attendees to participate in study tours to acquaint themselves with the culture, food and environment of New Zealand.
