SINGAPORE — Organizers of Global Grain Asia, set for March 9-11 at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore, recently released the agenda for the annual event.
The biggest annual meeting in Asia for the grain trade will include more than 300 professionals in the Asia-Pacific grain and oilseeds trading community.
Topics at this year’s event include:
- the status of the Chinese grain market
- the impact of African swine fever
- the trade flow changes caused by protectionism
- the potential effects of the plant-based market
Millers based in East or Southeast Asia who import and buys grain can attend the event for free.
The conference kicks off with a Latin American forum on March 9. Topics will include the 2020 harvest and its impact on Latin American exports, presentations on crop quality and market potential, discussions on exports prospects and new market.
