DETMOLD, GERMANY — The 70th Convention of Milling Technology with harvest information is planned Sept. 17-18 in Detmold, Germany.
The event is organized by the Association of Cereal Research in cooperation with the Department of Safety and Quality of Cereals - the Max Rubner-Institute (the former Federal Institute of Cereal Research).
The first day of the event will examine harvest information, including the wheat and rye harvest and first experiences of mill and trade samples; mycotoxin occurrence; new varieties; and quantities and qualities.
The second day will focus on mill technology, including storage protection; training and staff development; new technology; and research and development.
Lectures will be simultaneously translated into English. The event also will include a product exhibition.
