UZWIL, SWITZERLAND — Bühler will launch its newest innovation live at the VICTAM International trade show June 12-14 in Cologne, Germany.
It not only offers a unique modular design for optimal flexibility, but also meets the highest food safety requirements. With this, undesirable downtimes and product recalls can be reduced to an absolute minimum, Bühler said.
The company will showcase its solutions for the entire value chain with a special focus on digital services as well as solutions on how to reduce mycotoxins. Along with the new innovation, there will be live presentations on key topics in the industry.
The booth also will feature the LumoVision, the first optical sorting technology capable of identifying and eliminating aflatoxin-infected grains. Aflatoxin is an invisible, major threat to health and food supplies. It is estimated that it causes up to 155,000 cases of liver cancer every year. Thanks to new camera and UV lighting technology, LumoVision eliminates up to 90% of contamination, Bühler said.
Bühler will be in hall 6, booth D041. More information is available at https://event.buhlergroup.com/victam.
