CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, U.S. — Archer Daniels Midland Co. has been recognized for its diversity at the board and executive levels by The Rising Tides, a consulting firm focused on improving the workplace for women and minorities.

The Rising Tides published a report today that analyzed the composition of the boards of directors and executive leadership teams of all Fortune 50 companies. Companies were scored on placement of women, women of color, and people of color in those leadership positions. ADM ranked third on the list.
