KONYA, TURKEY – Imas and Zaccaria announced they have formed a global strategic alliance that includes joint distribution strategic markets, sales and promotional efforts contributing common projects, and transferring know-how to new and existing grain milling projects.

The agreement will allow both companies to combine their strength to deliver complete solutions and add value for customers. It will also increase the companies’ influence in global markets and allow them to become more aggressive to penetrate new markets.

Imas has been manufacturing high technology products and efficient complete projects with the Milleral brand in the grain-milling sector since 1989. Imas has gained the trust of his customers with rapid after-sales service, and has been meeting the demands of his business partners thoroughly.

Milleral manufactures machinery and complete plants for milling wheat, corn, rye, oat and barley to get flour and semolina.

Imas’ Viteral brand has experience in the feed milling machinery sector since 1989. It provides the production and installation of machines and complete facilities used for bovine, ovine and poultry feed production.

Zaccaria, founded in Limeira, Sao Paulo, Brazil, has manufactured machinery and equipment to process all types of cereals since 1925. 

Zaccaria is a leader in the Brazilian milling market, reaching 70% of the market or 12 million tonnes per year. 

Its product line also includes rice, beans, maize and execution of turnkey projects for processing of cereals and their derivatives on a worldwide basis.
